Please see the following for possibilities why there are no activity summaries available via Human API for an individual user:
- Garmin produces a series of devices according to different use cases. For example, the Vivo series is a daily activity tracker, the Fenix and Forerunner series specialize in tracking running activities, Edge keeps tabs on cycling, etc. Not all Garmin devices will generate 'activity summaries' at the source as a result of the different product categories.
If your implementation is interested in tracking a datatype like 'steps' throughout a user's day, please check both the summaries and segments to get the most complete picture. - Incorrect Garmin credentials may have been used. If an end user logged in with email1@gmail.com in their Garmin app but logged in with email2@gmail.com within Human API Connect, there will be a data disconnect. Please have the user log out of their account on the Garmin app and on Human API Connect, then log back into both to verify the credentials.
