A common scenario is that a user may log in with one account in Human API Connect and log into another account on their mobile app, which creates a discrepancy. In the case of Fitbit, activity summaries will continue to be generated even while the device is unused because BMR calories are still calculated throughout the day.
Please try disconnecting within the integrated instance of HAPI Connect then reconnect the user's credentials. In other words, please verify that Fitbit credentials are consistent at Human API and on the user's device.
