If a user has connected their Garmin account to multiple Human API applications, they may receive the following error message:
Users in this case must log into their Garmin account at connect.garmin.com and perform the following actions
- Click on their profile image button on the top right
- Select "Account Settings"
- Select "Account Information"
- Remove Permission for the existing Human API application
- Attempt to connect their Garmin account to the Human API-connected application and try again
We are currently working with Garmin to resolve this issue to allow multiple connections of the same Garmin account across multiple HAPI applications.
